At Paridhaan Ladies Fashion, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
Returns
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- You must provide your order receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us at nikishinde1995@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue so that we can review the problem and assist you with the return or replacement process.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product has been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Original tags or packaging are missing.
- The return request is made after the 10-day return period.
- The product is returned without prior approval from Paridhaan.
- Sale or clearance products are not eligible for return unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or eligible product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability and the product must meet our return eligibility requirements.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to determine whether it meets our return requirements.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds will generally be processed within 10 business days after the return has been approved. Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your bank account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Charges
For products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, Paridhaan will assist with the return shipping process.
For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer, unless otherwise communicated by Paridhaan.
